Helping eBay innovate in LATAM and support countless entrepreneurs
When eBay was ready to take LATAM by storm and help thousands of SMBs and individual sellers grow their business and start selling internationally, we jumped aboard. We began work on crececonebay.com, a platform we designed to help LATAM sellers (who were largely unfamiliar with eBay) onboard to the platform and elevate their business!
The biggest roadblock was that the ebay.com main sign up process was only available in english. We had to find a way to onboard spanish speaking sellers and businesses to ebay via an english signup process.
what we did
We strategized heavily with the eBay team in how best to communicate to sellers what eBay is, but more importantly why they needed it. Then we designed a complete platform to do just that. We focused hard on UX flow both for our users and also for our supporting service team.
We crafted visually beautiful and concise, well, everything: from the website itself, spanish how-to guides, drip content, and more. For the back-end, we architected a smart system that pulls leads into a CRM, qualifies them, triggers support staff to take action, and helps send the right information to a seller right when they need it.
