  1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners and entrepreneurs aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  1. Engagement & Communication

Clients engage with Volt Studios primarily through:

  • Slack communications
  • Email correspondence
  • Virtual meetings via platforms such as Google Meet
  1. Payment

Payments for our services are processed through third-party platforms, bank transfers, or direct deposits. Volt Studios does not accept payments through our website.

  1. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments or consultations by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at Volt Studios’ discretion. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content, branding, deliverables, and work products created by Volt Studios for clients—including but not limited to marketing materials, logos, websites, and apps—are the sole intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
  • Volt Studios retains no ownership claims over client deliverables.
  • Volt Studios may include a discreet credit (e.g., in a website or app footer) to showcase our portfolio, which does not imply ownership.
  1. User-Generated Content & Feedback
  • Clients grant Volt Studios the right to use any feedback, testimonials, or content provided for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring any content shared with Volt Studios does not infringe third-party rights.
  1. Confidentiality & Privacy
  • We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
  • Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data.
