Casa Armida
When we were first introduced to Casa Armida, a luxury furniture brand based on craftsmanship and impeccable design, it was an immediate connection between our teams as art enthusiasts and visionaries. The project began as an initial launch into digital from what was, at the time, only true physical experiences via the Casa Armida showroom and Palacio de Hierro, a major department store in Mexico. The project has evolved in years since, to focus on strategy and digital marketing.

THE CHALLENGE
A sophisticated product and true craftsmanship process deserve brand presentation and positioning that does them justice. Crafting a digital storefront for an established brand and identifying new potential buyer personas across both professional and individual spheres required a focus on user experience, photography, and marketing across the board.
What we did
We started with research into the market and buyer profiles. Casa Armida’s branding and narrative were refined for digital, and the narrative, including value proposition and key personality traits, was defined. We then did a full deep dive into the UX/UI of a digital storefront, updated inventory with brand-new photography, reviewed operations and set digital policies, and crafted initial marketing campaigns and collateral.

The result
Casa Armida has been a successful Volt project for over 3 years. The brand is thriving with a monthly ROI of well over 300% with ongoing marketing efforts. Recently a VR digital experience was released and the eCommerce store continues to drive user experience and engagement for the targeted audiences. We continue to expand ideas for Casa Armida and push the brand’s boundaries for steady growth.
